Orders placed with us are processed in British Sterling and in the English language. Any matters relating to the HTFH website or your order shall be governed by English law.
All our products are a mixture of new and previously owned unless clearly stated otherwise.
We make every effort to ensure the products we supply are of the highest quality, reach you in good condition and are delivered promptly.

All orders are accepted subject to availability of stock at the time of picking the order.

No items or title of goods shall pass from us to the customer until payment has been received in full.
Customers are responsible for the suitability of the goods they are purchasing. If any product supplied is not used for its intended purpose, subjected to abuse or unreasonable usage will void the warranty on the goods and our returns policy.
Customers may use our currency converter as an estimate only. Please contact your bank, PayPal or your card issuer for their exact exchange rate and/or any other charges as these are beyond our control.
Please note, we generally do not reserve any items as it is unfair to other customers.
No stock will be allocated to you until payment is received in full. Stock will not be held while we await correspondence from the customer.
All orders are subject to availability.
We go to great lengths to ensure that everything shown on our website and catalogue is available to order and/or is in stock. However, due to the nature of our business dealing in rare products, it is inevitable that from time to time we may go out of stock. We are also sometimes dependent on our own suppliers to deliver stock to us.
We will always try to inform you if an item is not in stock when you place your order with us. We will then give you the option of a full refund, a suitable alternative item or the ability to wait for further stock to arrive.
Credit, Debit and Charge cards are accepted without surcharge.
We reserve the right to deliver any order to the cardholders billing address in the interests of protecting both the card holder and this company against fraud.
In the interests of protecting all our customers against fraud, you may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at any time. If you refuse to provide us with this evidence, your order may be cancelled.
If you are using a Credit card not belonging to yourself, you must give the cardholder's full name and address. We will then contact the cardholder to obtain approval and commence other security checks.
The use of stolen credit cards will result in international police notification and court action in all cases.
Should your card payment be declined please be aware that this is entirely a decision by your bank. It is your responsibility to contact them to resolve any outstanding issues you may have.
All orders are shipped in the appropriate packaging; computer tracked with barcodes where possible and can be followed up at any time by logging into your account or contacting us.
Orders shipped by courier where possible may be tracked online from your website account.
We advise you to ensure somebody is present at the delivery address since most orders require a signature upon delivery. Once goods are delivered and signed for they become your responsibility.
If in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost in transit, a replacement order will be issued. If we cannot supply an identical order we will issue you will be offered the option of a full refund or store credit
Our orders are handled and shipped by third party couriers, therefore all delivery dates and times given are only estimates.
We will endeavour to get your order to you within the estimated delivery time, however, on rare occasions your delivery may be delayed. We cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier / postal service or for any consequential losses you may suffer if the delivery is not on time for whatever reason as any delays will be unforseeable.
Orders being shipped to remote locations may on rare occasions, be slightly delayed by the courier / postal service.
Charges will be calculated on our website for online orders or quoted by telephone when ordering by traditional mail order.
If your order is returned to us undelivered due to no fault of the shipper or HTFH then you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
This regulation only covers countries that are member states of the EU. If you are ordering from a member state of the EU other than the UK please check you countries regulations on distance selling as this may vary. If you are ordering from a country that is outside of the member states of the EU this regulation is not applicable, but we will do our best to adhere to these guidelines in the way your returns are dealt with.

To return an unwanted order you must give us notice within 7 working days starting on the day after you received the goods from us.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days starting from the day on which we receive notice of cancellation in writing from you and subject to the goods being correctly returned as detailed.
If you are returning an item under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that any items returned under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 will require a Returns Authorisation number (RAN) and be returned as per our standard returns procedure.
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will lose your goods as well as your money. These taxes are normally only applicable for non UK and non European Union countries. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order with us.
From time to time we will supply our customers with special discount vouchers and special offer promotions. These discounts will be available to use on the majority of our products, but not on everything we sell. We reserve the right to exclude certain products and brands from promotional offers.
