At its fourth revamp, improved in structure and technology, Guarneri keep its role of the most iconic Sonus faber bookshelf loudspeaker, refined and powerful at the same time.
The aesthetic of the “La Dolce Vita” The world of ancient shipyards and the tradition of Italy’s shipwrights are the essence of the inspiration of the design of the Tradition collection. The new Wengè finish with maple inlays is the true aesthetic novelty of the collection and immediately links it with the elegant and timeless design of the most famous Italian motor-boats of the ``La Dolce Vita`` with their iconic wooden hulls.
Features An acoustic instrument living in its environment becomes part of it, carrying out the functions of both a music source as well as being a beautiful piece of furniture; this is the concept directly expressed by Guarneri Tradition.
Features
Cabinet
The violin shape of the speaker cabinet is the fruit of careful research and major restyling. The curves of the sides change and double, giving these speakers larger volumes especially on the back and making possible a better control of the internal resonances. The brushed aluminium enhances the line and the "Sf" logo in silk-screened glass placed right at the centre of the surface.
Finishes
The new Wenge finish with maple inlays is combined with the aluminium brushed with Titanium finish and the leasther on the front features the new coffee colour. The essence of the walnut wood is preserved in the traditional "Red" finish with brushed black aluminium and leather of the black front line with the finish of the flagship models Aida, Lilium and Il Cremonese.
Stealth Ultraflex
Visible element is the back panel in extruded aluminium, the external part of the Stealth Ultraflex system characterised by a laminar tuning. The outline of this part acts as a vent favouring the flow of air through the duct while controlling its speed and reducing any turbulence and hence distortion. The back too is part of the Exosqueleton system complete with Dampshelves on the top and on the bottom of the cabinet.
The Voice Of Sonus Faber
Mid and High frequencies that make the "Voice of Sonus Faber" are here determined by a 28mm silk dome tweeter with "Arrow Point" DADTM (Damped Apex Dome), implemented with a natural wood acoustic labyrinth rear chamber, and a midwoofer W15 XTR-04 with cellulose pulp cone and Neodymium motor system. This iconic configuration of tweeter and midrange maintain the effortless, warm and involving timber that has become our trademark.
